Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cod fillets into the skillet and spoon sauce over them.
- Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, until the fish is cooked through.
