Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder, mixing well.
- Add the brewed coffee, eggs, and vanilla extract, stirring until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
