- 1 cup coffee, brewed
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the brewed coffee, cream, sugar, and salt. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and add dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.
- Cut into bars and enjoy!
