- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed Oreos
- 2 tablespoons blue food coloring
- 1 package cookie dough pieces
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Incorporate sour cream and mix until creamy.
- Add crushed Oreos and blue food coloring; mix gently.
- Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, then turn off the oven and let it cool inside for an hour.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Add extra cookie dough pieces on top for decoration.
- For best results, let the cheesecake sit overnight before serving.
