- 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Cool Whip and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and mix well to combine.
- Fold in chocolate chips and vanilla extract.
- Scoop mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once set, break into pieces and serve.
