- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, add onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in kale, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and crumbled bacon.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.

- For a spicier twist, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon for a richer flavor.
