- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- If using, fold in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
