- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture and stir.
- Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- This quiche can be served warm or cold.
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats to your quiche for additional flavor.
