  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, and milk. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture and stir.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish or baking pan.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
