- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For variety, you can add nuts or dried fruit.
