Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, yellow squash, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
