- 10 jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slices turkey bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of turkey bacon.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the spiciness by leaving some seeds in the jalapeños.
- These poppers can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
