Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spinach, mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
