- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, barbecue sauce, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Top with extra barbecue sauce, if desired.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try mixing in some diced bell peppers or jalapeños.
- Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans for a complete meal.
