- 6 ounces turkey bacon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems, setting them aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
- Add olive oil and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the turkey bacon mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if desired.
