- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables such as corn or cucumber.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavors.
