- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the tops.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
