Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
