- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix well.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
