  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  2. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper.
  4. Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Drain on paper towels before serving.
