- 1 pound fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto an egg roll wrapper.
- Roll the wrapper tightly, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
