- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slice a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, top with some grated Parmesan cheese before baking.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
