  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed salmon and season with additional salt and pepper.
  5. Place the fillets in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
