- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed salmon and season with additional salt and pepper.
- Place the fillets in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeño to the stuffing.
- Pair with a side of asparagus or a light salad.
