- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet and stuff with the mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Old Bay seasoning to the stuffing.
- Make sure not to overcook the salmon to keep it juicy.
