  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
