- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some lemon juice to the crab mixture.
- These mushrooms can be prepared a day in advance and baked just before serving.
