Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, mozzarella cheese, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Cut the garlic bread in half and scoop out some of the inside to create space for the filling.
  4. Fill each half of the garlic bread with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
