- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 loaf garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, mozzarella cheese, parsley, melted butter, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
- Cut the garlic bread in half and scoop out some of the inside to create space for the filling.
- Fill each half of the garlic bread with the shrimp mixture.
- Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.

- Feel free to add more spices according to your taste.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
