Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the garlic bread loaf horizontally to create two halves.
  3. In a bowl, mix together chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over one half of the garlic bread.
  5. Top with the other half and wrap tightly in foil.
