- 1 loaf garlic bread
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the garlic bread loaf horizontally to create two halves.
- In a bowl, mix together chopped shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly over one half of the garlic bread.
- Top with the other half and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Unwrap and allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
