Ingredients

  • 1 loaf garlic bread
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté garlic and shrimp until shrimp are pink.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the sautéed shrimp to the cheese mixture and combine well.
  5. Cut the garlic bread in half and scoop out some of the bread from the inside.
  6. Stuff the shrimp mixture inside the garlic bread.
  7. Wrap the bread in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add more herbs and spices to taste.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
