- 1 loaf garlic bread
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and shrimp until shrimp are pink.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sautéed shrimp to the cheese mixture and combine well.
- Cut the garlic bread in half and scoop out some of the bread from the inside.
- Stuff the shrimp mixture inside the garlic bread.
- Wrap the bread in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add more herbs and spices to taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
