- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 slider buns
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, scramble the eggs seasoned with salt and pepper until just set.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a slice of bacon, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and a slice of cheese on each slider bun.
- Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
- Place the assembled sliders in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
