- 1 pound chicken breast, shredded
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup corn, frozen or canned
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the shredded chicken, beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and spices.
- Stir well to combine and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add in corn and cooked turkey bacon, stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
