- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 8 ounces Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a small piece of Brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg wash and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
