- 1 pizza dough ready-made or homemade
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the dough as the base.
- Evenly distribute the shredded chicken over the cranberry sauce.
- Layer the brie cheese slices and then the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle chopped rosemary and black pepper over the pizza.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
