- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, orange marmalade, chopped cranberries, pecans, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.
- Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly, then wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- After chilling, remove the plastic wrap and slice the tortillas into pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can mix in some grated orange zest into the cream cheese mixture.
- If you dislike nuts, feel free to omit the pecans.
