- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese until smooth.
- Add cranberries, pecans, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in chopped parsley.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, add a drizzle of honey on top before serving.
- Serve with crackers, sliced apples, or celery sticks for dipping.
