- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and diced celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve on a bed of greens or in a sandwich.
