- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine cranberries, red bell pepper, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, add the crushed red pepper flakes and pectin. Stir continuously for about 10 minutes until the jelly thickens.
- Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars. Seal and let cool.
Notes
- For a smoother jelly, blend the cranberries and pepper before cooking.
- This jelly pairs well with cream cheese or as a glazing sauce for meats.
