- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warm
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- Add warm milk and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead in eggs until the dough is smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Once risen, roll out the dough and spread with cranberry and pistachio filling.
- Shape the dough into a wreath and place on a baking sheet.
- Let it rise again for 30 minutes, then bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes.
Notes
- For a sweeter flavor, consider adding more sugar to the filling.
- Make sure to let the bread cool before slicing.
