- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the turkey, spinach, cranberry sauce, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
- Feel free to substitute leftover chicken for turkey.
