- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix it with sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased pie dish, followed by a layer of caramel sauce, then top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges are set but the center is still fudgy.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- Serve with whipped cream or extra caramel drizzle on top.
