  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, broccoli, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
