- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, broccoli, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling.
- Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
