  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup broccoli, cooked and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Secure the chicken with toothpicks and rub olive oil over the top.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
