  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together ranch dressing and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
