- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled turkey bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ranch dressing and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can add some diced bell peppers.
- This salad is best served cold.
