Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking.

- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well, and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then combine with the cooked pasta and broccoli.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
