- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, crumbled turkey bacon, shredded carrots, diced red onion, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, you can include chopped celery or bell peppers.
