- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce over medium heat; stir until heated through.
- Add the heavy cream and ranch dressing; mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked penne and half of the shredded cheddar cheese; mix until the pasta is well coated.
- Serve hot, topped with remaining cheese and green onions.
Notes
- For a milder version, use a mild buffalo sauce and reduce the amount used.
- Feel free to add vegetables such as celery or carrots for added crunch.
