- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, cooking until melted and smooth.
- Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to combine and coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
