- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken and spaghetti to the sauce; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more Cajun seasoning.
- This recipe can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
