Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken.
- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning over chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, approximately 6-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese, mixing well until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes when cooking the chicken.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
