- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- These can be prepared ahead of time and simply baked when ready to serve.
