  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
