Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
