Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the mozzarella and parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add more Cajun seasoning.
- This dish is best served fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
