  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the cajun seasoning and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in the corn and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the shrimp and heavy cream and cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
