  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink.
  4. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine everything evenly.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
